  • Reliability during peak week is required for future employment

We prioritize team members who:

  • Work late nights or early mornings
  • Can work long shifts (9+ hours)

  • Take on key responsibilities (cash handling, warehouse, etc.)

How does the referral bonus work?
If you’re referred by a current employee:

  • You both receive a $50 Fireworks bonus
  • Both employees must work all required peak shifts (June 30–July 5) to qualify

Can I take time off during peak week?
No. June 30–July 5 is our busiest time and requires full team availability.

How old do I have to be?

  • 18+ preferred (highest priority hiring)
  • 16–17 considered based on availability and role fit
  • 14–15 limited positions available due to labor restrictions
